What file formats are supported?

UMInk imposes no restrictions on the types of files you can upload.

Online preview supports most common formats, including videos, PDFs, Word documents, images, and more.

Where is my data stored?

Your personal information will be stored and processed within the United States.

When you upload files (such as documents, images, etc.), you can freely choose from the following data centers:

  • Singapore
  • London, UK
  • Frankfurt, Germany

How do I withdraw funds?

What is the maximum file size I can upload?

In theory, you can upload files up to 500GB in size.

What should I do if my payment/recharge hasn’t been credited?

1. No Stripe invoice received

  • The payment was unsuccessful, and no funds were deducted.

2. Stripe invoice received

  • The payment was successful, and the system should send you a notification email within seconds.
  • Refresh the page and check whether the order is marked as Finished under Account Settings – Finance.
  • If you have not received the system’s “Order Completed” notification email and the status shows Unpaid, please contact us.

3. System “Order Completed” notification received

  • The payment was successful and confirmed by the system.
  • Refresh the page and you should see the updated order status under Account Settings – Finance.
