Important
- When your subscription or storage add-on expires, your files will not be deleted immediately, but your account will enter an Over-quota state.
- After 30 days in the over-quota state, your account will be automatically frozen.
- You can renew your subscription or add-on, or delete files to avoid service interruption.
- If your account has already been frozen, please contact us.

Credits
1 credits = £1.00
Credits can be topped up in Settings – Finance.
They can be used to purchase subscriptions, storage add-ons, or to pay for other users’ premium shares.
Revenue Sharing on Paid Shares
The platform retains 25% of the revenue as a service fee to cover operations and development.
You receive 75% of the credits paid by users.
No additional service fee is charged when withdrawing credits, but note that Wise may apply transaction fees.
