Supported Payout Methods

When withdrawing in CNY (Chinese Yuan), we support transfers to:

  • Wise account
  • Alipay
  • UnionPay bank card

When withdrawing in GBP or other currencies, we support transfers to:

  • Wise account (some currencies may not be supported)
  • UK bank account (local transfer)
  • International bank account (IBAN)

Info

An IBAN is the international bank account number used for cross-border transfers.
Its format varies by country/region, but always begins with a two-letter country code (e.g., "DE" for Germany).

What is a Wisetag?

If you are receiving funds via a Wise account, please provide one of the following:

  • @Wisetag
  • Email address
  • Phone number

If you are receiving funds via Alipay, please provide:

  • Email address (optional)
  • Full name of the account holder (must be a recipient in Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau)
  • Alipay account (phone number or email)

If you are receiving funds via a UnionPay bank card, please provide:

  • Email address (optional)
  • Full name of the account holder
  • Card number

If you are receiving funds via a UK bank account (GBP), please provide:

  • Email address (optional)
  • UK Sort code
  • Account number

If you are receiving funds via an international bank account (IBAN), please provide:

  • Email address (optional)
  • Full name of the account holder
  • IBAN

Exchange Rate

Credits in your account will be converted to GBP at a fixed rate:

1 credits = £1.00

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 credits, i.e. £10.00 per transaction.

Fees

Note

We use Wise to send funds. By default, your credits are converted to GBP, which Wise then exchanges into your chosen currency.

Wise charges a fee on each transfer, so the actual amount you receive will be slightly less than your requested withdrawal.

We will provide a detailed breakdown of fees at the time of withdrawal.
